Ted has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business and is one of the owners of Austin & Austin Real Estate. He specializes in land issues, and is a recognized expert in the areas of: water rights, agricultural properties, rural acreages, development properties, land planning and zoning issues. Ted holds the professional designations of: Colorado Land Specialist (CLS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI). He is a member of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI). He is the exclusive broker for the Governor’s Ranch Development, a master planned residential and professional park subdivision located in Eaton, Colorado. Ted and his family live on and operate their irrigated farm southwest of Eaton.
