Eaton & Ault

Eaton and Ault, along with Pierce and Nunn to the north, are small towns located along Colorado Highway 85 north of Greeley.

In a region dominated by agriculture, both towns serve as bedroom communities for the surrounding farms and farm related businesses.

With a total of about 3,500 and 1,200 residents, respectively, Eaton and Ault are made up of mostly single-family homes. Both towns have charming old-time business districts that include restaurants, stores and banks, plus a number of new residential subdivisions to accommodate noted growth.

Eaton has a country club and golf course, plus a new commercial development underway on the south side.

Both towns have highly regarded and popular school systems offering kindergarten through high school (eaton.k12.co.us, weldre9.k12.co.us) and the kind of small town atmosphere and living that some many people are looking for.
